Project Manager

Zina is a project Manager at Nordic Safe Cities where she is responsible for coordinating 1:1 support for member cities and key events – meetings, camps, and summits – for the whole NSC alliance. In addition, Zina leads our projects focusing on increasing safety and inclusion in the physical space in Nordic cities. She currently leads the new cross-Nordic initiative, GROW – Leave no neighbourhood behind. Zina has previous experience as a researcher at Copenhagen Business School and both from working and volunteering in crisis centres for women and children affected by domestic violence, young people experiencing honour related conflicts, and refugee camps in Greece and Lebanon.

Zina has previously studied in France and the UK and holds an M.Sc. in Global Health & Development from University College London.
