Lisa Esohel Knudsen is a Norwegian social debater and author. She is also the newly-appointed Deputy Head of the think-tank, Minotenk, which conveys knowledge about the promotion of equality and social inclusion, as well as the prevention of discrimination and racism.

She continuously shows great commitment to securing a more equal and inclusive society, by addressing experiences of racism, other forms of discrimination, mental health, and freedom of speech. Through her engagement in the public debate, her writing, and her achievements, she inspires and educates, and equips others to do the same.
