YOUTH ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVE

Nordic Safe Cities offers collaborative workshops for cities from across the Nordic region on youth dialogue, empowerment and engagement in PVE/CVE. We call the concept ALL’IN (or in Norwegian KomINN).

Nordic Safe Cities offers your city sparring on how to engage and inspire your local youth to act and strengthen the voice and actions of their voices in the municipal work against extremism, hate and social marginalisation.

Together with Larvik and Kristiansand, we have involved more than 150 young people in their cities and trained local youth to be social activists and develop local tangible campaigns and initiatives to create inclusion and safety among all youth.

Through capacity building workshops for the local youth, we connect youth activists with local artists, creatives and tech-sector experts to learn best practices, collaborate and create new, innovative campaigns.

The All’IN Guide

This spring a ALL’IN youth manual has been produced from these experiences, for your city to use. The All’IN Guide provide methods, tangible tools, recommendations and inspiration and goes out to city actors who wish to mobilize and engage young people in an action and community orientated approach.

Let us know if you need help or sparring on your next step on youth engagement.
